The production of springs is performed in highly mechanised lines. Special operations (heat treatment, shot peening, phosphatizing, electrostatic powder painting) are applied in mass production ensuring high corrosion resistance and the strength of the product in response to changing load. Production materials are taken form qualified (foreign and domestic) suppliers. Products are manufactured in accordance with the expectations set forth by the Customer and mutually agreed requirements. All products manufactured in the Company are approved by the Customer and are certified for safety mark by Przemysłowy Instytut Motoryzacji in Warsaw, in accordance with national requirements concerning product safety.

     D&D SPRING POLAND systematically develops the Quality System. In July 1998 we obtained a certificate RW TÜV in Essen (Germany) confirming that our company have implemented and applies Quality Assurance System according to the requirements of Standard PN ISO-9001 with respect to design, manufacturing, sale and servicing leaf springs, coil springs, stabiliser bars and other automotive suspension springs (Registration no. 041 0086 04).

      In 1999 we made another step forward: we obtained QS-9000 certificate issued by RW TÜV in Essen (Germany), confirming conformance of our Quality Assurance System with the requirements of standards applied by Chrysler, Ford and General Motors. Quality System according to the requirements of Standard QS-9000 entails production, sale and servicing leaf springs, coil springs, stabiliser bars and other automotive suspension springs.

     We also have a quality certificate granted by DAEWOO FSO for Lanos front and rear suspension coil springs and front and rear stabiliser bars for Lanos passenger car.
